<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">近年來最受科學界關注的營養素之一就是維生素D，那麼在認識維生素D 之前，你知道什麼是維生素嗎？維生素其實就是「維持生命必要的元素」，所需的量很少，對健康卻可以發揮巨大的保護作用。維生素D 是一種脂溶性維生素，也是人人需要維持健康的必須營養素，建議每天補充200-2000 IU。維生素D 主要可以透過曬足陽光中的紫外線，由身體自行合成；或可從食物中補充。過往國內的研究不甚重視維生素D，是因為台灣日曬充足，所以大家認為不會缺乏維生素D。 </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">沒想到在營養狀況調查中發現，近7 成國人嚴重缺乏維生素D，這種情形連陽光充足的南部地區，也十分普遍。偏偏現代人為了美白還懼怕日曬，外出時經常會撐陽傘、戴帽子、塗防曬，這些行為都會連帶使身體合成維生素D 的功能受到阻礙。平常如果無法獲得足夠的陽光照射，也可以從飲食來補充。無奈的是很多食物都不含維生素D，從日常飲食大約只能補足10 ～ 20％的維生素D。所以選擇維生素D3 營養品就是補充維生素D 非常好的方式，愈來愈多研究顯示，充足的維生素D 會對健康有重大的影響。 </span></p>
<h2>從上班族到銀髮族、你我都需要維生素D3</h2>
